Much of Josh’s early career focus was leveraging cloud technologies to improve backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity outcomes for clients entrenched in on-premises infrastructure. These experiences enhancing traditional IT stacks by extending into public and hybrid clouds built a rich backdrop for Josh's current work supporting Blue Mantis customers at all stages of digital transformation and cloud adoption.

He has worked extensively throughout the Microsoft portfolio in both on-prem, in-cloud, and hybrid environments. Josh is a multi-disciplinary subject matter expert with consulting and internal-IT experience across compute, cloud, networking, and telephony. He has carried a variety of certifications from Microsoft (MCSA), VMware (VCP-DCV), and Citrix (CCA-V). 

In his current role as Microsoft Practice Manager, Josh works to create positive change in business processes, culture, and customer experiences by aligning business challenges with a deep understanding of technical solutions.
