Don is the Senior Director of Security Transformation and an award-winning technology expert with over 20 years experience leading application development, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance teams.

Currently Don is working with major organizations to support advancement of their security programs, technology adoption, cloud architectures, and IT practices while also assessing compliance to government regulations and industry standards. Don is also serving as a virtual CIO and CISO for corporations and municipalities that require IT leadership as they undergo a security transformation to protect their organization and safeguard their applications, environments, and business.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Don was Vice President of Technology for a global marketing company where he established a world-class services organization, grew a multimillion-dollar P&L, built e-commerce applications, and directed software engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations teams across
domestic and international geographies. Don has also worked at leading technology companies as Director of Worldwide Operations, Director of Cloud Programs and Director of Engineering where he drove production of commercial software products while leading Engineering, Operations, Support and Security teams.

Don has expertise in software engineering disciplines and cloud technologies and is also expert in security processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI, ISO, GDPR, FedRAMP etc.
