Phil Gergen is Chief Information Officer at Koozie Group, leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation. A dynamic, results-driven leader, he solves complex business challenges with practical, scalable solutions to enhance customer and employee experiences. As an active member of the PromoStandards Board, he also helps shape technology standards in the promotional products industry.

A champion of digital transformation and a proven team builder, Phil focuses on meeting internal and external customers wherever they are in their technology journey. Under his leadership, Koozie Group has launched innovative solutions that improve integrations, streamline data exchange, and enhance self-service capabilities, most notably the award-winning Koozie Group Tracker™ platform, which earned a Gold 2024 PPAI Pyramid Award. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
