Steve Mifsud is Vice President and Head of the ServiceNow Center of Excellence at Blue Mantis, where he leads strategy, delivery, and innovation across the company’s ServiceNow practice. With more than 15 years of experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure and application initiatives, Steve specializes in helping organizations streamline operations, automate workflows, and modernize service management.

Prior to joining Blue Mantis through the acquisition of Coreio Inc., Steve held multiple leadership roles guiding large enterprise technology teams and advising clients on ServiceNow implementations, IT service management transformation, and operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Steve spent nearly two decades at Royal Bank of Canada, where he led the deployment of the ServiceNow myMarketPlace platform, creating a unified employee service portal and enabling continuous delivery of automated service offerings. He also drove major automation and cost savings initiatives across telecom expense management and IT asset management programs.

Steve is known for his pragmatic leadership style and ability to solve complex technology, process, and organizational challenges at scale. In recognition of his impact at RBC, he received the RBC Leo Award, one of the company’s highest honors for exceptional contribution and performance.
