Karl has over 20 years of IT experience. Karl started his career at EMC Corporation as a hardware and software solutions engineer where he earned two software engineering patents. Karl worked extensively on solutions integrating EMC and 3rd party products as a founding member of EMC VSPEX team he brought Converged Infrastructure and EMC’s first Hyperconverged Solution VXrail to market. Karl earned his Doctor of Law degree in 2014 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in June 2015. He practiced law for 3 years before taking a position as Chief Technologist for Advanced Solutions at Ingram Micro where he worked on multiple solutions for channel partners, including building a 5G framework with the carriers called Sim to Cloud. In 2024 Karl co-founded Netmaven as CTO/CMO, a 5G consultancy firm with the goal of helping customers and partners ransform their IT environments with 5G.
