• Hardware Asset Management: We track hardware from deployment to decommissioning. Understanding the age and state of your device fleet has never been easier. This tracking simplifies tasks like yearly budgeting and determining tax depreciation of assets. 
• Spare Device Management: TIC maintains spare devices, enabling rapid drop-shipping of work-ready devices to end users within hours in case of device failure. 
• Managed Services: Post-deployment, our Managed Services practice uses a Remote Monitoring and Management platform to ensure devices are updated and secure, proactively addressing potential issues. 
• Windows 11 Upgrade Support: With Windows 10 reaching end-of-life in October 2025, we assist with seamless device replacement or upgrades to meet Windows 11 requirements, ensuring minimal impact on workforce productivity. 
• Professional Services for Windows 11: Our Professional Services can help deploy Windows 11 upgrades to existing devices and/or deploy new devices. We can also assist in deploying Microsoft Autopilot and Intune in preparation for Windows 11 upgrades.
